Former Jacksonville Mayor Peyton and former Commanding Officer of Mayport Naval Station Bowman support Horner’s bid for Florida House District 11

John Peyton, Republican mayor of Jacksonville from 2003-11, has formally endorsed Donnie Horner for House District 11.
Peyton had the following to say:
“Donnie is simply the most qualified candidate in the race. He will fight relentlessly for Florida’s families, and work hard every day to make sure they’re taken care of.”
Aaron Bowman has also announced his support for Donnie Horner. The former Commanding Officer of Naval Station Mayport and current Jacksonville City Councilman endorsed Horner by saying:
“Donnie will stand up for our veterans, defend our 2nd Amendment rights, and support local control of schools. He’s a tried and true conservative who won’t back down from a challenge.”
Donnie is a local conservative businessman who served on the USS Bonhomme Richard and is actively involved in several community organizations.
